IT Audit Seniors Needed

Premier Fairfield County, CT company is seeking senior information technology auditors:

Summary of Job:

The Senior Information Technology auditor will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive reviews of systems supporting the business and product lines.
• Will assess control environment, detailing control and operation improvements required.
• Perform application reviews.
• Provide guidance in executing audit software.
• Serve as "in-charge" of audit team - planning, organizing, reporting and completing audit or special projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to understand the core business and information strategy and communicate this knowledge to non-IT professionals (at both the executive and staff level).

Capable of working with or as a part of an integrated team.

Qualificiations:

• Minimum of 4 - 6 years experience including information security, operational IT audits and IT general controls.
• BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related business field.
• CISA/MBA preferred, CPA/MBA a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong PC skills
• High level of competency in auditing standards coupled with excellent understanding of business concepts, processes and operations.
• Travel requirements 20% - 25%.
